February Report in MSMA PROGRESS NOTES:
Based on an increase of 3.06% from 2010 to 2011, the new maximum fees that you can charge in copying medical records is $22.01 plus $0.52 per page for copies provided in paper form and $20.61 for additional cost for records that are maintained off-site.  The new charge limit for copies provided in digital format is now $5.15 plus $0.52 per page or $25.77 total, whichever is less.
